Today I did my newly initiated trademark fitness hour. That is one hour where I try to be active by running, lifting, anything but sitting in my deluxe lazy boy recliner. I am aiming to do fitness hour at least 4 times a week. Lets see if this helps. I am 250lb range right now. Not that I mind being husky but I would like to drop down to the 220 range to see if it helps me on the ice. While I was on the treadmill I listened to the Zen music station. Helped me focus better. Dealing with writers block lately. On the verge of some mental flood gates eager to burst. Soon.
